Purchase and restore
Pro permanently unlocks all Pro learning content with one purchase and no subscription. Basic content and scenario practice are free. The US storefront price is US$1.99; other regions show Apple’s local price in the app. On another device or after reinstalling, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account and open Profile → Pro → Restore Purchases.
Purchase unavailable
Check your connection, App Store sign-in and purchase restrictions, then retry. Pending purchases unlock after approval. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles refund decisions.
Offline use and permissions
Bundled lessons and audio work offline. Initial purchases and manual restoration require an App Store connection. Recording requires microphone permission. Optional English transcription requires supported on-device speech recognition; you can still replay and self-assess without it.
Data and contact
Learning data stays on your device. Deleting the app can remove local progress; Apple system settings control device backups. For help, include your device model, system version, app version and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not send card information or unnecessary private recordings.
